可憐的羅勒

羅勒,在香港從未用過,到德意志當上煮婦後才學會用乾的,0.49 歐一小瓶,可以用上數個月。這是我幾乎所有菜 / 湯都會下的香草。上星期五跟愛種香草的老友 C 逛 DIY 店的植物部,在她極力遊說下買了回家。 1.99 歐的小東西,以為先放在陽台,星期一再處理它也不晚。誰料一待便四天,星期三起床後看到本來直立的小東西像半死的向四方八面倒下,我跟 Phil 說,不得了﹗又死多盆啦﹗於是趕緊跑去買了個盆子和花泥,回家馬上下盆澆水,連 Phil 也走來幫我一把。

那個我貪便宜買回來的意大利製土花盆 (1.99 歐,比膠盆還要便宜﹗),奇怪的不停吸走我澆下的水,我怕這樣下去羅勒會救不回,於是久不久澆一點,久不久又澆一點。

一天、兩天後‥‥終於算有丁點起色。我跟 Phil 說,你看,阿 Basilikum 都要幾天才慢慢直起身來,你也要給自己一點時間。

  1. If you finish it all then don't need to worry about the plant la! Hehe... ;)

    If they ever blossom (fingers crossed!), remember to prune the flowers!

    "Prune regularly for the best flavor. About every four weeks, prune basil back to just above the bottom two sets of leaves. If the plant is allowed to flower, it will lose flavor."

  2. C, my basil is slowly rising again! I don't have the heart to prune its leaves...it looks so poor with some of its leaves still hanging down...

    But tomorrow, I'll try...!!
