Amy's muffins

又一嘗試, Amy's muffins。首次試用美式一 cup 一 cup 的量材料,原來比一克一克的量真的更快更方便,從早上五時完稿後開始做,由零到鬆餅出爐,只用了四十五分鐘,以新手如我而言,很不錯啦。

Phil 看到鬆餅當然高興,雖然我只許他吃 1.5 個 (我也吃了 1.5 個,其餘九個都給了中餐館的黃太太)。但他也說我大概瘋了,對啊,病得耳痛鼻塞喉痛頭痛,連睡也沒睡好,還要去烤餅,對,其實我是瘋的。

再過兩條死線,便可以休息五六天了,希望到時候不會是兩個病人呆在家裡... X(

  4. JoTigger, 才不是呢...我現在仍在學習階段,每次努力搞出一盤漿送進烤箱後,都會擔心得半步不離烤箱的監視著情況,到試到第一口無問題我才會鬆一口氣的...!

    Amy, 你這個 muffin ,一出爐很香牛油和蛋味﹗人吃人愛呀﹗

    Sanna, 我已還緊啦,呢兩日病到死左...佢又唔舒服到死...唉...不過我發現 DM 有隻 Fenchelhonig 好正,飲幾茶匙便開始好了﹗ :D
